1st Call for Conference Grants

The call for Conference Grant applications is now open. All the details on how to apply, eligibility criteria, and available funding are provided below.

The application deadline is 27 March 2026, and funding decisions will be communicated by 31 March 2026.

ITC Conference Grants

ITC Conference Grants fund an oral presentation of the applicant’s own work within the scope of the Action. Applicants must be affiliated with a legal entity located in an Inclusiveness Target Country (ITC) or Near Neighbour Country (NNC), and the conference must be a high-level event fully organised by a third party (i.e. not organised or co-organised by the COST Action).

YRI Conference Grants

YRI Conference Grants fund a presentation (oral or poster) of the applicant’s own work by a Young Researcher and Innovator (YRI) under the age of 40 at a high-level conference fully organised by a third party (i.e. not organised or co-organised by the COST Action).

Dissemination Conference (DC) Grants

Dissemination Conference Grants support the participation of Action participants in high-level conferences to present the work of the Action. (Please apply under this scheme only if your aim is to disseminate the Action.)
